Dip & Flip are all about gravy, so all their burgers and meats are dipped or doubled dipped in broth made from the roasting juices of beef bones. To avoid confusion their menu lists poutine as simply “cheese, fries and gravy”, and you also have the choice to spice it up with green chilli and bacon.

The idea behind Dip & Flip is simple: gravy. Once they've made a rich beef bone broth they use it to dip or soak sandwiches and burgers, which are filled with slices of roast beef, lamb and oodles of condiments. They also serve Canadian speciality poutine - fries topped with gravy and cheese curds.
