Sushisamba will debut its first European location in London in the summer of 2012. Located on the 38th and 39th floors of the Heron Tower, SUSHISAMBA promises to deliver a unique blend of Japanese, Brazilian and Peruvian cuisine, culture, music and striking design to the City of London.
Two outdoor terraces will flank the restaurant, offering unparalleled views of the cityscape. Award-winning architects Cetra Ruddy will design the restaurant’s 13,423-square-foot (1,247-square-meter) space, which will have direct access via two scenic elevators from a dedicated entrance on Bishopsgate. The space will offer brunch, lunch and dinner and include outdoor dining, a bar and lounge, and premier event space.

London toilets with pazazz!
We've found some great places to spend a penny
Everyone’s talking about the view from the Shard toilet but what nobody is talking about is the view from the toilet at Sushi Samba. So we’ll just go ahead and do so. Sushi, hard liquor and a massive great height? Chances are you’re going to need some bathroom action during your visit. Enjoy. The views are outstanding and the fixtures and fittings divine.
Best venues for a celebration
Let the good times roll.
What better place to have a celebration than up in the sky? Sushisamba is on the 38th floor of the Heron Tower and has magnificent views over the city after dark. The menu fuses flavours from Japan, Peru and Brazil, and there are plenty of exotic cocktails to keep the party going.
Toughest places to get a table in London
Who doesn't love a challenge?
It's clubby, it's on the 38th floor of the Heron Tower, and has a lengthy wine, cocktail and champagne list to go alongside the Japanese-Latin fusion menu. Small wonder it's a hit with the deep-pocketed. Get a late night dinner (past 11pm) or eat here in the afternoon.
