Shish, these are good.

You might think the fact that Anatolia is just a stone’s throw from Tad is a little strange. But in this part of Hackney, kebab restaurants are almost as ubiquitous as artisan coffee shops filled with MacBooks. Anatolia doesn’t just char grill a mean shish, it has enough space for big groups to indulge together in the finer things in life – namely eating and drinking.

I have eaten in and taken away at Anatolia. This is my families favourite restaurant, I can honestly say when we are eating out and want Turkish food this is our spot for many years now. The food is fantastic, seeing it being cooked in front of you is a delight to watch, chefs, staff and manager bend over backwards to ensure you have a great eating experience and a complementary tea is always on offer. I am having my 60th birthday there at the end of the year. Great venue and hospitality. Big thumbs up.

Was great In the past. Today's visit not so great. Take away meal consisted of stale bread, tiny portions and rude abrupt staff! It's a no , no from now on

very good food, I go here on a regular basis..their shish kebabs are outstanding, They do 3 different stews everyday (lamb chicken vegitarian). everything comes with rice salad and bread, and all that for about £3.50-£4.50 (take away). You can eat in as well, I don't know if there is a difference in price.
