Where: Design District Canteen at Greenwich Peninsula
Greenwich Peninsula - home of the O2 Centre - has opened the Design District, 16 buildings created by architects that are available as co-working spaces and studios for creative people.
For visitors, the most exciting bit is the Design District Canteen, a striking, igloo-shaped space with street food vendors, a bar and music. Inside you'll find Malaysian, Indian, Venezuelan and Mediterranean food which is as much of a draw as sitting on the tree-filled mezzanine level, plus the bar serves craft beer and there are regular food pairing and live music events.
