Japanese Whisky Heaven

Head to Mizuwari - found in the basement of Bincho, Soho
This must try is connected to: Bincho

Mizuwari means ‘mixed with water’ and at the eponymous Japanese whisky bar in Soho, you will be encouraged to do so. Of course, only if the tipple calls for it.

Mizuwari is London’s first Japanese whisky bar, which is a pretty big deal considering how seriously the Japanese take their whisky. Fans will rejoice; for the first time a comprehensive range of Japanese spirits find a home in the capital. There’s even high-class yakitori (grilled skewered meats) to go along with it. We would recommend going for the Mizuwari, the bar’s signature cocktail – your choice of whisky, water (distilled, naturally), lemon twist and hand carved ice. Tanoshimu!
