Visit a tropical oasis inside a conservatory

Few people may be aware that London's favourite brutalist arts centre is home to a glass-roofed conservatory on the third floor.

It's densely populated with hundreds of tropical plants, along with a burbling fountain and a walkway. COVID-19 has meant visits are encouraged to last no longer than 20 minutes, but after that you can head outside to the ground floor Lakeside Terrace, and sit overlooking the water and its pretty lilliponds.
