Soho just got its very first croissant-only cafe, serving both savoury and sweet varieties with some very curious combinations of ingredients. Take, as an example, the Whiskey Salmon, which has whisky and soy-cured salmon with cashew cream and dried seaweed, or the sweet Black Yuzu Meringue croissant, made with yuzu curd and a sesame praline.
More conventional croissants are available too, like the Croque Monsieur with bechamel, ham and brie; and a white chocolate and strawberry croissant.
