Dive like an Olympic Athlete at The Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park

Shouldn't be too difficult...

We may not all have the body of an Olympic diver but that doesn’t mean we can’t plunge off a 15m board like one. And since the Aquatics Centre at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park is now open to the public we think we should do just that.

Generally the diving pool is used for coaching, teaching and courses so sign up in advance before turning up, stripping down and diving in. Simple-ish. It’s probably a good thing that course instructors lead the diving from the multiple high-rise boards. And if you don’t want to dive you can always join either the Competition Pool (strong swimmers) or the Training Pool.
