Dumplings, pork buns, glutinous rice, belly pork: Dim Sum is the Cantonese equivalent of brunch. However, to do it right, the Hong Kong way, takes the freshest food and some skills with a trolley.
Chuen Cheng Ku is one of the few places left in town still serving Dim Sum the old fashioned way. Wheeled from table to table on trolleys, the food doesn’t stop so make sure you don’t load up too fast. Done right, as it is here, it’s the best way to sample Hong Kong style Cantonese cooking.
