Chefs can be a raucous bunch. And after a tough week slaving behind a hot Smeg cooker, they want nothing more than to let their hair down like the rest of us. Problem is, after the evening service is over choices can be limited to little more than a greasy takeaway. So the head chef at The Dairy decided to start an all-night supperclub on the last Saturday of the month. A different guest chef prepares the food at each event – Lee Westcott from The Typing Room and Ian Scarmuzza of Hibiscus have been among the stellar line up so far.

It's aimed exclusively at London’s chefs, but there are eight tickets available to the public at £60 each.
