Where: Firezze, to your doorstep
For a cut above your usual takeaway dinners, Firezza have teamed up with celebrity chef Aldo Zilli to create Italian pizzas far better than your average delivery meal. Zilli’s menu comprises a very meaty pizza with spicy nduja, chorizo and pancetta, and a veggie option with heaps of goat’s cheese, truffle paste and porcini mushrooms. To start there’s creamy lasagne and aubergine melanzane, both topped with oodles of more cheese. For dessert there’s semifreddo with pistachio and mascarpone sprinkled with candied fruit, a bit like the tutti frutti ice cream you used to get as a child. It’s all very very good, and beats a kebab any day, in our honest opinion.
