What sets this bakery apart from other cupcake selling stores is that it’s completely cashless. This means there’s no need to worry about scrounging around for change or nipping to the cash point - instead customers can pay with contactless cards and using mobile phone apps.
It benefits the store too, given that there’s no threat of robbery if the tills don’t have money. The bakery offers homemade cakes, ice creams, hot drinks and both sweet and savoury crepes, and it comes courtesy of Masterchef finalist Natalie Allen.
This Notting Hill outlet is her second, after opening her successful bakery in chic Primrose Hill.
