Where: Ruby’s Bar and Lounge – Dalston
Here at All In London we’re suckers for a romantic story and this one really stole our hearts. Opened by the man who brought Ruby’s basement bar to Dalston, the bigger, sweeter, more sentimental bar Ruby’s Bar and Lounge is opening adjacent.
Now, a new bar is always worth trying out but that doesn’t quite cut it for an AIL special mention. That mention comes from the fact that the whole concept is modeled on the 1960’s ritz of the Tottenham Royal where owner Tom Gibson’s grandparents met and fell in love decades ago, making it a place anybody with a heart can appreciate. All together now ‘Ahhhhhhhhh’.
