As reports surface that it's becoming harder to grow enough food for the increasing global population, experts are turning their attention to insects. Before you get spooked, it's been proven that they're a great source of protein, and if cooked properly, can be pretty tasty.
They may be tiny but a feature in the New York Times stated that for every kilo of human there are 660 kilos of insects in the world. Will the year 2030 see McDonalds offering a Bug Mac as standard?
For now as a tester you can head to African restaurant Archipelago, where you can dine on pan-fried chermoula crickets, and sprinkle weaver ants over your food as you would grated cheese.
