Did you know there's a lighthouse in London? As it's in the Docklands it's never been used for its conventional purpose of helping to navigate ships into ports. Instead it was where lighting systems were tested and repaired for other lighthouses. But of greater interest to us is the fact that there's an American, artery-busting, carb-coma inducing restaurant called Fat Boy's Diner here. Styled like a classic US diner with red bar stools and booths, it's open during the day serving pancakes with bacon and maple syrup, huge 'lumberjack' breakfasts and even bigger burgers, to be washed down with Oreo milkshakes and root beer floats.
