This excellent street food shack is housed in a former train carriage where it gets its name from - a caboose used to be the last carriage where the railway workers would eat and sleep as well as keep themselves entertained by playing cards. While card games aren't included as part of the amusements here, they do host discos from time to time. In terms of the food it's all about smoked, slow-cooked meats and American-inspired dishes like BBQ beans and coleslaw drizzled with maple syrup.
