Fresh from their success in Brighton, the ethical chicken guys at H.en will be launching a London pop-up to bring their take on fried chuck to the capital. Using the whole part of the bird, the ‘beak to feet’ concept is going to attempt to make converts of those who might turn their nose up at crispy chicken feet.
Located on Upper Street, the restaurant sources its chickens from a farm in Worcestershire where they are free to live the high life until their time is up, additive free and 100% traceable. Feeling peckish for ethical chicken? Give H.en London a go.
