They'll teach you everything from simple techniques for making sausages and preparing different cuts of chicken to more expert tasks like breaking down the carcass of an entire pig. You'll learn cooking tips and get to take the cuts home naturally, and you can also buy vouchers for someone as a present. Courses are £125.
