Dessert bars are a great idea - if your dinner venue's puds are uninspiring you can move somewhere else to sate your sugar cravings, or you have the freedom to forego savouries altogether and simply dine on dessert.
New eatery Whipped comes with a twist - their offering revolves around just one item: cheesecake, and moreover, it's transformed into frozen soft serve whipped cheesecake. Unconvinced? Co-founder and head chef Alice Church has trained at Michelin starred-restaurants Le Gavroche and the Ritz, hence high end-sounding concoctions like their signature whip: ginger crumble, vanilla cheesecake, poached peaches, confit ginger and shaved white chocolate.
