The single item restaurant is still going strong, with this new eatery offering nothing but gourmet sausages. As you will imagine these are no ordinary bangers - a core menu of six includes the spicy Merguez Snob, made with piquillo peppers, yoghurt and rocket, and the Swiss Olma, a bratwurst served with purple mustard, pickled red cabbage and milk and honey sourdough. There'll be seasonal specials too, devised thanks to their comprehensive research trialling 513 types of sausage while travelling across Europe. Tough job.
