Eat in the canteen built out of old Tube bits

There's reclaimed paraphernalia everywhere

Tackling climate change should be a priority for all organisations, so it's very encouraging to see companies reducing their waste and recycling, particularly when it's as creative an endeavour as the new cafe at the London Transport Museum.

Canteen is furnished with reclaimed paraphernalia from old tube stations and trains, such as lights, tiles, benches, cushions and signs, and even features a portion of a walkway as part of the decor. On the menu there are British classics like fish and chips, and bangers and mash with onion gravy, and there's a small selection of wine and gin-based cocktails to wash it down with.
