The expert Scandinavian chefs at AVEQIA are all about what they call "active cooking," which brings you into the kitchen so you can prepare your meal with the masters. Dinner at AVEQIA is one of the most unique dining experiences in London, where you'll not only enjoy an absolutely delicious meal, but you'll learn the skills you need to reproduce this high level of gourmet cooking at home!

With this inspirational cooking session for Lime&Tonic members, you'll work with AVEQIA's chefs to create a mouth-watering four-course degustation menu. You and the other guests will work in AVEQIA's special kitchen, as you chat with one another and get expert guidance from the chefs, which ensures your meal will be fresh and flavourful. Your succulent starter, beef tartar with broccoli, smoked emulsion and Swedish caviar, will get your meal off to a sublime start. The second course, seared sea bass with white asparagus, warm salad and a celery mayonnaise, is even more complex and delicious than it sounds. Your main course is a succulent roast lamb with spring vegetables, goat cheese croquettes and smoked butter. For dessert you'll enjoy an unbelievable Rhubarb with Tosca cake, almond custard and elderflower sorbet.

While your meal cooks, you'll be seated in the lounge, where dinner will be served. As you enjoy the fruits of your labour, you'll be sipping paired wines with each course. And, when you finish dinner, you'll sit back with a Scandinavian digestif, and hand-made chocolate truffles! And after this awesome dinner, you can take home your AVEQIA apron, so you can relive the experience in your own kitchen.
