Sharpham Park, owned by Mulberry founder Roger Saul, and Bowel Cancer UK have been busy collating deliciously tasty high fibre recipes for Great British Spelt Recipes, an inspirational online collection of high fibre recipes which launched on 1 April 2013 with the aim of raising awareness of both the charity and the benefits of a high fibre diet.

The recipes have been kindly donated by thirty famous culinary friends such as Heston Blumenthal, Hugh Fearnley Whittingstall, Tom Aikens, The Fabulous Baker Brothers, Yotam Ottolenghi, Mark Hix, Rachel Green and Sophie Dahl and include such delights as cakes, risottos, breads and even popped spelt.

From 16 April, Great British Spelt Recipes, brought to you by Sharpham Park and Bowel Cancer UK, will be popping up on the first floor at Fortnum & Mason for two weeks. A number of high profile chefs involved in the online recipe collection will be demonstrating their delicious spelt recipes in the pop up bakery area in a series of events and talks to highlight the importance of a high fibre diet. All proceeds from the events will go directly to Bowel Cancer UK.

Bowel Cancer UK and Sharpham Park hope the Great British Spelt Recipes collection will go some way in inspiring consumers to maintain a healthy and delicious fibre intake.
