The Museum of Drugs is a fascinating exhibition that cleverly communicates the ups and downs of drugs, smoking, and alcohol abuse, using striking theatrical exhibits of illegal and prescription drugs, authentic medical specimens, pharmaceutical instruments, anatomical models, real video diaries and celebrity confessions, touching true stories…and much more.

ONE OF A KIND:
The Museum of Drugs is a small exhibition with a big idea in the service of society and its development. The exhibition functions as great place to discover, discuss, learn, share ideas and experiences, feed ones curiosity, and provide a visually arresting exploration of legal and illegal drugs in general. The exhibition is the only one of its kind in the UK and one of only 4 dedicated ‘drugs museums’ in the world.
The experience covers 3 platforms; the book, the website, and the exhibition itself where the idiom ‘Seeing is Believing’ is creatively brought to life.

THE SETTING:
The Museum exhibition is based at the historic Old Steel works building in Burford road, Stratford. The looming exterior and atmospheric rooms of high ceilings, exposed iron beams, industrial pull-to-open elevators, coupled with the natural history of the building makes it the perfect place to stage such a special access exhibition.

ADMISSION:
Includes a free copy of the book ‘Museum of Drugs’ (also sold on Amazon), which visitors use to interact with the exhibits and take away to reflect upon afterwards.
