The London Acoustic Guitar Show is the ultimate event for acoustic guitar and music enthusiasts. Our 2013 event,allows visitors to get up close and personal with the world’s greatest acoustic players, as well as the opportunity to test hundreds of acoustic guitars, gear and accessories from the industry’s biggest names and the best luthiers from all over the world.

The show, in association with Acoustic Magazine, is aimed squarely at providing a fully dedicated two-day acoustic show for the UK acoustic guitar community. This unique show is designed to promote the ever-increasing popularity of the acoustic guitar and the many styles of music associated with it. The show welcomes fans and players of all ages, technical ability and genre preference.

Headlining the Saturday this year is none other than Matt Cardle, who will be appearing in association with Taylor Guitars. With a platinum-selling album already under his belt, Matt has just released his second solo album making this your chance to see his latest work live!

Ukulele maestro Jake Shimabukuro will also be appearing on the main stage on Saturday 7 September, and in the Masterclass Suite on Sunday 8, in collaboration with D’Addario Strings. Joining him on the Mainstage line-up will be English singer-songwriter Tom Baxter, up and coming artist Ben Montague and one the best acoustic guitar players in the country, Martin Simpson.

As for the masterclasses, Petteri Sariola and Mike Dawes will play the Saturday – offering insight into their equally unique styles of playing. Acoustic phenomenon Clive Carroll will also join the Saturday masterclass line-up.

And that’s not all, Katey Brooks, Aaron Douglas, Matt Stevens and Dan Bettridge have been confirmed for the Acoustic Café – playing their soulful tunes while visitors enjoy a coffee break.

UK acoustic players will have the opportunity to observe first-hand the latest products and gear, watch the world’s top players in action performing within the 450 seated main stage auditorium and attend quality masterclasses and clinics, all under one roof. Access to all the live performances and clinics are included free with admission, there are no hidden costs to watch any of the main stage performances or any of the masterclasses.
