About the event

Meditation for Everyday Life is a weekly event for anyone wanting to feel the health benefits of mindfulness meditation. This form of meditation, though an ancient concept, is now recognised by the NHS and 78 percent of GPs recommend it according to a survey by the MH Foundation.

The trainer, John Chacksfield, MSc, DipCOT, PGCE, is a qualified occupational therapist with over 21 years experience in the mental health field.
He has helped countless people improve their everyday mental fitness, from soldiers returning to Afghanistan, to ambulancemen, teachers, businessmen and more.
