Dumplins Ska Club Party Night. London's hugely acclaimed live band Ska Fest. A massive event which is packed every month.

The Activators are a 10-piece band whose eclectic style transcends Ska, Reggae, Celtic, Punk, 60s Garage and Dub, even venturing into Baltic folk and Bossanova.

Since formation, the group has stacked up rave reviews and have received the thumbs-up from such diverse entities as the Strummerville Organisation to Bez (Happy Mondays). This recognition has been replicated on the live scene, with an acclaimed 2011 Isle of Wight Festival appearance along with Guilfest Main Stage and Strummer Of Love Festival performances further enhancing their reputation.
OMH reviewed their Guilfest performance as “The best of the day” and This Festival Feeling enthused that “The highlight of the day was definitely The Activators – whose set of reggae/ ska tinged punk was more like a party than a gig.”

Be prepared to hear the ‘greats’ from Jimmy Cliff, The Beat, Olly Murs, The Dub Pistols and Bruce Foxton to name but a few. Recent international slots have included headlining festivals in Italy and Iceland.

The line-up includes the world-renowned percussionist and producer Pablo Cook, formerly of Joe Strummer and the Mescalero’s, Pulp, Moby and Lily Allen fame. Pablo adds quality percussive grooves to the band’s mix of highly original tunes.

The Activators have received acclaim for their sensational and chaotic live shows.

Liberty Skank are a 5-piece professional band plus special guests will be playing the sounds of Jamaican ska.

Liberty Skank are heavily influenced by the sounds of The Skatalites, Jazz Jamaica, Don Drummond, Baba Brooks and Toots and the Maytals.
