What: An exclusive exhibition of work by acclaimed contemporary artist, Gavin Turk and artists associated with ‘The House of Fairy Tales’ charity.

Background: Gavin Turk was part of the Young British Artists; a generation that rose to fame in the mid-Nineties for redefining the boundaries of art. Having studied at the Chelsea School of Art and later the Royal College of Art, he has since gone on to win both the Jack Goldhill Sculpture Prize and the Charles Wollaston Prize. Using all mediums including waxwork, brick and painted bronze his most famous works include: Cave and Bag. The exhibition will include original Gavin Turk pieces as well as art from House of Fairy Tales; an arts charity set up by himself and partner Deborah Curtis.
