So, there was NO CHAMPAGNE / DRINKS reception between 9pm and 10pm because the doors only opened at about 9.30?!?!? There were also NO FRENCH DANCERS as advertised.
Yes there was a garden, but definately NO SHISHA garden as there were NO SHISHA's seen anywhere.
The promised 3am continental breakfast also did not happen. Instead @ 3am the lights came on, music stopped, and we were ushered out.
Seriously? Don't advertise things to sell tickets and then not deliver!

The Bar and Shisha Garden (Ground Level)
The ground floor bar is where our champagne reception will take place (21:00-22:00) beginning the night in perfect fashion. This floor has its own DJ booth, quirky vintage seating, an authentic fire place and a heated Shisha Garden which remains open until late. Music on this floor will include House, commercial and club classics. Think David Guetta to Michael Jackson.
The Playroom (Lower Level)
The Playroom is devoted to hedonistic dance and fun, providing the main clubbing location for guests to let loose. The layout is reminiscent of classic West end clubs with its unique lighting system creating the perfect party atmosphere. Xclusivetouch resident DJs will host this floor playing the best of sexy RnB, Hip-Hop and 90’s classics. Think Rihanna to Tinnie Tempah.
The Champagne Ballroom (Upper Level)
The Champagne Ballroom exudes quality and is the area of choice for guests to enjoy a more relaxed celebration. The rooms Grandeur is built around a large centrepiece chandelier, with four metre high ceilings and a luxurious view over Cavendish Square completing the traditional feel. Music from the ground level will be filtered through to this floor at a lower level.
