Winter Makers Market

Stitches in Time’s ‘Makers Market’ at The Old Limehouse Town Hall will
provide a refreshing change to trawling the shops for Christmas presents this winter.

This two-day event (Friday 6th December, 5pm-9pm, and Saturday 7th
December, 10-5pm) will showcase some of the very best designers and
craftspeople from around the region, displaying traditional and
contemporary crafts, from jewellery, textile, hangings and quilts,
Christmas decorations, knitwear, bags, accompanied by delicious locally made refreshments.

Original affordable artworks by the famous and the unknown will be for
sale anonymously, at our Anonymous Art Auction on Friday 6th. Will you go home with a priceless investment for only £20? Browse the works, choose your favourite, and the identity of the artist will only be revealed on collection on Saturday!

All funds raised from the auction go to the Community Arts charity
“Stitches in Time”, to financially sustain their widely valued FabricWorks classes, held for local women to improve their English language and sewing skills, increase social contact and improve job prospects.
