to an afternoon Christmas Dinner cookery Masterclass where Ottolenghi trained chef, Olia Hercules, will teach you how to plan your day of cooking and introduce you to a menu that takes a twist on conventional classics.
The day will start with a winter prosecco cocktail and will follow with instruction and demonstration of the following menu.
Canapes: Beetroot and Blood Orange Gravadlax
Main: Roast Goose with quince and stuffing
Sides: Jerusalem artichoke and heritage carrot roast salad
Grilled brussel sprouts with burnt butter and toasted almonds
Roast potatoes with caramelised onions and samphire
