Cabaret Mechanical Theatre

Cabaret Mechanical Theatre is neither cabaret nor theatre. It’s a collection of contemporary automata, which is a kind of mechanical sculpture. Nearly all of the work in the collection is humourous.

This London exhibition, which will include new works from our automata making artists, an inspiring workshop programme, plus automata from our collection.

Artists include Paul Spooner, Keith Newstead, Lisa Slater, Simon Venus, Martin Smith, Carlos Zapata, Richard Hackney and others.
