‘I remember being 5 years old and drinking a carton of Five Alive tropical juice drink and saying to myself “I am 5 and I am alive”. Now I am 33 and on the harder stuff…Um Bongo.’

In February 2013, Tom bought a slide projector and a box of slides of people he did not know. When he looked at the people in the images, he found himself wondering what their stories were.

They are trapped in the past. They have no voice. Only we can bring them back to life. Using comedy, storytelling and live music, Tom creates a soundtrack inspired by these images and memories of his own life.

In this show, we are all the storyteller.

Tom Adams is a London based emerging theatre maker who has a background in the musical comedy/stand up circuit. His shows have been seen at BAC, Bristol Old Vic Theatre, South Street Arts Centre and Harrogate Theatre.
