Alison! A Rock Opera.

First developed through the Royal Court Theatre as part of its Rough Cuts season in the Summer of 2011. This vivid and engaging rock opera written and performed by the award-winning playwright Leo Butler and musician Dan Persad is a story of an ordinary young woman, Alison, whose life is turned upside down after an explosive and nasty break-up with her boyfriend.

The heart-beat of the play is the loud, thrashy live rock that helps Alison find her inner-rock goddess.

With brilliant songwriting, live music and storytelling that will have you drawn in from the off. Alison’s adventure is really one that shouldn’t be missed.
