Forming part of Quaglino’s (quaglinos-restaurant.co.uk) 21st birthday celebrations, this month the iconic Mayfair venue will unveil a portrait exhibition by award-winning photographer Dean Chalkley, which includes first-time exhibited works of Daft Punk and the Gallagher brothers.

The exhibition is an exciting series of twenty one photographs portraying the heroes and heroines of the contemporary music scene, which guests can enjoy from Thursday 27th March 2014 until Saturday 5th July 2014.

Known for his iconic portraits of the Arctic Monkeys, Amy Winehouse and The Kings of Leon; “21,” includes works exclusively selected for Quaglino’s, showcasing both some of the best musical talent from around the globe, and emerging talents.

Dean Chalkley said: “For me Quaglino’s is a Mayfair institution, which is as rich and colourful in history as it is exciting and progressive; and this is something I have carefully tried to reflect in my selection of portraits for this collection.

“I have purposefully included rock legends like Patti Smith and a never exhibited before work of Kevin Rowland, alongside fresh talents like I Blame Coco and The Dog Bones – all who I deem to be edgy, interesting people, in an exciting celebration for Quaglino’s 21st birthday celebrations.”

This is the eleventh in Quaglino’s ongoing series of collaborations with established photographers and emerging talents and the legendary venue is the perfect setting for Dean Chalkley’s “21” exhibition.
