Cookery Courses At Cafe Football

Café Football is going one step further to feed a love of food and football, by giving people the chance to cook up a storm with Michelin starred chef, Michael Wignall and executive chef, Brendan Fyldes.

The perfect gift for any foodie or football fan – the brand new cookery courses at Café Football promise to be great fun, while teaching people to cook up a feast with a unique football twist.

Café Football’s executive chef, Brendan Fyldes and creative director, two Michelin Star chef, Michael Wignall, will share the tricks of their trade by cooking up some delicious dishes, including the Lamb Kebab and the Melting Chocolate Surprise.

THE DAY
• Start the morning with bucks fizz and a bacon butty from the Café Football team, before donning an apron and entering the kitchen - where the hard work begins

• Café Football’s team of expert chefs, including executive chef, Brendan Fyldes and Michelin star chef Michael Wignall, will give step by step instructions on how to create the restaurant’s most popular dishes

• Attendees will be given a booklet of recipes, a certificate to prove their cooking credentials and a Café Football apron will be presented once the dishes are safely in the oven

• Then comes the opportunity to sample the newly found culinary skills in Café Football’s relaxed dining area – why not invite a friend along to impress them with the freshly cooked dishes? (additional £24.50)

1 Starting eleven platter- Spicy chicken wings, rack of ribs, sausage roll, fish fingers

2 Lamb kebab- char grilled lamb kofte, gem lettuce, smoked chilli sauce, red onion, coriander and tomato

3 Finishing with melting chocolate surprise
