Odin Teatret Residency

From Wednesday 23 April – Saturday 26 April, The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama is honoured to host the ground breaking Odin Teatret, together with their award-winning director Eugenio Barba, for a series of exclusive master classes (now sold out), work demonstrations and film screenings introduced by members of the renowned company. The event will also feature an ‘In Conversation’ between Central’s Head of Acting, Geoffrey Colman, and Eugenio Barba, the great Maestro himself.

The acclaimed international theatre company will be in London for the first time in its long history to present The Chronic Life at the Lilian Baylis Studio, Sadler’s Wells. Alongside this tour, Central will welcome Odin Teatret to the Embassy Theatre for a very special four-day residency.

A particular highlight of the events will be daily film screenings, introduced by members of the company and demonstrating the rich scope of their work internationally and, primarily, within local communities together with examples of their unique approach to theatre training.

Availability for this rare event is extremely limited, so advanced bookings are strongly encouraged.

To avoid disappointment, please note that booking is only possible online and tickets will not be available on the day. Unfortunately refunds will not be permitted, attendees should arrive 10 minutes before the start time and latecomers will not be allowed.
