For 34 years, the Dazzle contemporary jewellery exhibitions have been an annual barometer for all that is happening in the contemporary jewellery world. It has launched some of the sector’s biggest designers and continues to provide a much coveted launch pad for emerging talent. The result is an unique showcase for the serious contemporary jewellery collector, as well as a literal treasure trove of truly unique Christmas presents; and this year is a bumper year …

• Showcasing over 80 contemporary jewellery designers from 15 countries.
• Selling up to 4,000 unique, handmade pieces for both men and women ranging from £25 - £5,000, in materials ranging from plastic to platinum to pearls; all direct from the makers, all for sale and all ready to take home.
• Introducing 10 excitingly innovative new designer makers, including Beth Spowart, who uses remarkable, colour changing ‘smart’ technology, Emily Kidson, uniquely working with formica, Rachel Blair, with her hand dyed paper, tension set in delicate metal frames; and New Designers 2015 ‘One Year On’ winner, Flora Battachary.
• Alongside a roster of contemporary jewellery royalty, including Jane Adam, Jessica Briggs, Alan Ardiff, Jean Scott-Moncrieff, Paul Finch and Lesley Strickland.
• Plus the increasingly collectable pieces of returning Dazzlers, including Cristina Zani, Jacqueline Cullen, Justin Duance, Clara Breen, Heather Woof and Antonella Giomarelli.
• And in the Dazzle Extra section, handmade textiles, including Elle Deco featured Ekta Kaul’s multi-wear scarves and, for the first time in London, the extraordinary, wearable, knitted sculptures of the Scottish design house Knit Knot Knit, as well as handmade, leather bags from award-winning Steven Harkin and contemporary pewter cutlery and utensils from This Is Pewter.

A brilliantly curated collection of the best contemporary jewellery - all for sale. The Dazzle team clearly know their stuff, with cabinets full of every possible style, material and price range; and knowledgeable, friendly staff making it a lovely, relaxed shopping experience. Never disappoints. My annual Christmas shopping go-to since its days at the National Theatre!
