About the event
London’s longest running outdoor ice rink will return to the City this winter, while nearby dining destination Broadgate Circle will be transformed into a sparkling winter terrace.
Broadgate Ice Rink will offer the perfect destination for festive outings with family, friends, colleagues, or simply a post-work spin around the ice. For those looking to find their feet on the ice, Broadgate’s Head Skate Instructor Robert Burgerman, recently a coach on ITV’s Dancing on Ice, and his team of NISA qualified coaches will be on hand for private lessons. Meanwhile Exchange Square’s buzzing rink-side bars and restaurants will offer skaters a chance to refuel post-skate.
Set against the stunning City skyline, neighbouring Broadgate Circle’s winter terrace will become a festive haven, complete with a resplendent tree bedecked in icy white lights. Guests will be able to enjoy a meal under the stars at one of the hub’s myriad of restaurants, with heaters, cosy rugs and blankets perfect for wrapping up warm.
Meanwhile, Broadgate’s many shops will offer the perfect spot to pick up a present or treat throughout the festive season, in stores including Links of London, Reiss, Karen Millen and Charbonnel et Walker.
