Alllllllllllllll Abooooooooaaaaaaaard the first South London Soul Train of 2016. A New Year is here + we gonna seriously give it up on the dancefloors - as your host Jazzheadchronic is joined by a Secret Live Hammond Driven Guest Band at the top of their game + so much more across 4 floors. The SLST continuing it's on-going twice a month mission to seriously funk up your mind and body + force feed yoh soul with the absolute best of times at the CLF / Bussey.

Level 1, your host with the absolute most Jazzheadchronic + special guest DJ, Champion funk, soul turntabalist - Ali-B unleash a nice and mighty combined 6 hour set of uplifting funk, soul, rare groove and classic disco beasts without mercy on the dance-floor. Loud, large and very, very direct. All night long.

The Jazzhead Joined by one of the greatest Hammond driven bands to ever grace a stage, anytime, anywhere [we kid u not]. We can't announce them til December, but what we can say is that they are one of the best in the business, have been sleighing audiences live for over 25 years and will definitely blow up the stage. Beliiiiieve.

Then on Level 2 - Funkin Heaven, step back and prepare yoh soul as "The Original Premier Rare Soul N' Funk Tag Team" AKA Mssrs Snowboy and Perry Louis deliver 7hrs of the absolute finest on 45. Grooves to make you go hot, damn and how! Absolutely Positively Storming!

On Level 3 - It's The Northern Soul Room. Your hosts The Legendary Rob Messer + Modern lovers Craig Jamieson dropping more seismic northern soul vibrations of epic proportions. All on 45! Beware the soul Shrapnel as the dance floor goes Boom.

The first South London Soul Train Line up of 2016 completed in the basement by SLST residents First Word records founder Gilla + Wah Wah 45 DJs serving up more precious joints from their piping hot menu of wholesome world wide wonder funk, soul, groove and boogie. Absolute Positively Taste. T.
