The South London Soul Train Live Special with The Broken Brass Ensemble

The South London Soul Train presents a very special mid-week live evening concert special. Featuring a band currently Kicking the brass band sound deep into another dimension. The absolutely superb Broken Brass Ensemble Live in concert.

With ample pre and post concert DJ support handled by your host with the absolute most Jazzheadchronic. JHC Dropping funked up and brass themed bombs of soul all eve long at The CLF / Bussey.

The Broken Brass Ensemble combine traditional New Orleans brass with hiphop, balkan, funk, fanfare (and much more) into a blazing fusion of energy that'll seriously move your mind and body and release parents of you soul u didn't even know existed: D

The eight BBE members a red hot and very cool collective of very young talented musicians - who combine swinging brass sounds with the tightest of percussion. Unlike many bands of the genre - all their work are originals, that said one of the best things about BBE is that they ain't ashamed to rock the audience with a surprising cover every now and then.

However, be warned - this band are Smoking' Hot and have got more than enough live audio ammunition to incinerate the stage - so believe us when when we say you're gonna seriously feel it! Long time. Simply put - Unmissable!

A SLST 1 Floor Mid Week Live Concert Special taking all passengers on a Soul Tingling, Non-Stop Magical Mystery Tour through all things Too Damn Brassed Up & Funky.

As always, Passengers are requested to check their Souls at the Station as this ones for good time party people only! No Bass Wobbles Here, Only Love, Funk and Souuuuuuuul.

Event runs 7pm - 11pm with band on stage around 8:30pm. So plenty of time to come, enjoy and make it home nice and early, ready for what you gotta do on Thursday.
