What's your sushi type? Sushi or Sashimi?
In this 2 hour course, beginners and enthusiasts will learn the basics of making sushi with fresh ingredients. Its not all raw fish so don't fret! Our Cook and Eat Chef instructors will guide you through all you need to know and you'll leave with bags of tips on cooking, eating, staying healthy on Sushi and Sashimi and of course, some take home Sushi.
