MIKE LINDUP Mike was also a founding member of Level 42, kick-starting a staggeringly successful career as a keyboard player. His incredible achievements as part of Level 42 include 13 albums recorded between 1981 and 1994, worldwide album sales of over 15 million, top ten singles in four continents and an incredible array of live dates at prestigious venues around the world. As well as continuing to appear with Level 42 Mike has also released two great solo albums of his own and performed with numerous world-class musicians including Dominic Miller (Sting), Da Lata and Negrocan. WALLY BADAROU French-born synthesizer specialist, composer and record producer Wally Badarou is considered the unofficial "5th member" of Level 42, collaborating with the band since the 1980's and helping to shape the unique sound they produce. His instrumental prowess and remarkable inventiveness can be heard on a multitude of albums by top artists including Robert Palmer, Herbie Hancock, Talking Heads, Mick Jagger and Jimmy Cliff and he was one of the pioneers of the digital music revolution, his album “Words of a Mountain” being one of the very first “tapeless” recordings. His commitment to Sub-Saharan African music, producing albums for Afro-beat and world music performers including Salif Keïta, Fela Kuti and Wasis Diop while also being a major force in organising the prestigious Kora All Africa Music Award, marks him out as an international musician of considerable standing and presence. DIANA WINTER is an Italian singer/songwriter whose powerful and sophisticated vocals have seen her become a real presence on the Italian music scene in recent years. Her debut album Escapizm was a masterful journey with Natural Style Magazine saying "she sings with an intensity that blows you away".Following tours with the internationally renowned singer Giorgia in 2009 and 2012 under her belt, Diana really is a talent to watch out for. SUMUDU is a London based singer/songwriter of real style and charisma who has already appeared alongside artists of the calibre of Dionne Warwick, Elvis Costello and Sir Bob Geldof. A natural performer she has earned a reputation as formidable stage presence, her self-written debut album ‘Waiting For You’ (2011) receiving high praise from the acoustic music press with R2 magazine saying it was "beautifully orchestrated with overlapping harmonies”. Well established now within the UK music scene, her appearances with the likes of Jason Rebello’s band and a vocal style that has been compared to Eva Cassidy, Karen Carpenter and Alison Krauss mean that Sumudu is an artist whose star is undoubtedly in the ascendant. YOLANDA CHARLES Bassist Yolanda Charles has a unique combination of creative flair, natural showmanship and amazing technical ability.
