Project Awesome is a free fitness movement in London that gets you out of bed and into shape. The movement uses a simple sense of accountability (verbal*) to motivate and encourage people of all ages, shapes, sizes and fitness levels to get outside, sweating and smiling.
It’s not for the feint hearted or the prudish. It’s not for the whiners and the moaners. But if you love high fives, hugs, badass workouts and the thought of waking up London with a power boost of positivity then this could just be for you.
