This January Mac & Wild will be celebrating Burn’s night with a whole week dedicated to the Scottish bard. Each day of the week will feature a different variety of haggis including clapshot, haggis in the hole and haggis pops with the week culminating in a traditional Burn’s Supper at their newly launched restaurant. Diners can enjoy the finest haggis, venison and whisky sourced directly from the Scottish Highlands, in a charmingly rustic setting.
In keeping with tradition, on the evening of the 30th January, Mac & Wild have arranged for the haggis to be piped in and several of Robbie Burn’s poems to read allowed. The evening will end with a live sing-a-long of the Bard’s most famous poem – Auld Lang Syne whilst all diners have a good ‘auld’ time.
