Your Life, Your Way Workshop

Many gay men & woman are held back by the beliefs rooted in childhood; for some these lead to feelings of shame, lack of self confidence, low self esteem, depression and addiction.

YOUR LIFE YOUR WAY is an introduction to achieving the life you want, your way.

Understand why you do what you do and receive the tools and resources available to bring about lasting effective change.
Understand the impact of internalised negative messages have on your life and learn how to move through these.
YOUR LIFE YOUR WAY is a 3 hour workshop which will improve your communication, help you process your fears and give you a formula fit for success.

The workshop will be lead by Chris John, a London based psychotherapist who is well known for his innovative and empathic style of therapy and joint faciltiated by Ashley Howard, a specialist in addiction.
