A peaceful one off evening practice of compassion and mindfulness meditation. It can be used as an introduction to CCT and compassion meditation, or an opportunity to deepen your practice - but no experience is necessary. Although each session varies you can expect a warm, welcoming peaceful atmosphere, laughter, and hopefully a few 'a-ha' moments of learning along the way.
