We are delighted to be returning to perform for Maggie’s at the Cancerkin Centre*, taking place in the Peter Samuel Hall theatre space within the Royal Free Hospital in Hampstead, London. This event is to fundraise and raise awareness for the cancer support services which Maggie’s Cancerkin provide – lovely complimentary therapies and stress busting workshops.

Experience opera like you’ve never seen before, as we take to the stage with this incredibly fast-paced comical farce in an adaptation of this much loved score. Witness razor-sharp timing as the ever resourceful barber, Figaro, tries to help the young Count Almaviva win the hand of the beautiful Rosina, out of love rather than for his wealth. Soon the pair set about to produce many disguises for the count, and thus the farce ensues…!

Rossini's famous opera buffa is brought to life by the critically acclaimed Pop-Up Opera, sung in Italian with English captions.

"Nothing quite compares with Pop-up in the sheer exuberance of their productions. And this Barber of Seville may be the best thing they have yet done."
