Prosecco Springs is a three-day celebration and exploration of North East Italy's finest export, taking place in East London’s Oval Space. Featuring tastings, masterclasses, Italian food and live music.
For the first time ever, Italy’s leading producers are coming together under one roof in the capital to educate the new generation of Prosecco drinkers.
This is the ultimate festival for Prosecco drinkers and lovers, both new and seasoned alike.
The producers will be on hand to talk to you about their produce and answer any questions you may have. Your festival ticket will entitle you to a glass of Prosecco of your choice from each of the eight producers.
Explore a range of Italian food dishes, from traditional Venetian Cicchetti (bar snacks and small plates) to sharing platters of antipasti, charcuterie and cheeses. Choose from a selection of small bowls and plates, including Pasta e Fagioli, Lumache (Italian snails), Baccalà mantecato, Polpettine, Risotto al prosecco and more. All dishes will be made using regional ingredients imported from Italy, as sourced by our chef Paolo Eles, to create an authentic and original menu that will perfectly pair with the Prosecco on offer.
Over the weekend, there will be a series of Prosecco Masterclasses in conjunction with the acclaimed East London Wine School. Expert sommeliers will teach you all there is to know about Prosecco. Learn about the process from grape to glass, find out about the different types of Prosecco and how to pair Prosecco with food.
Prosecco Springs will be soundtracked by live music, as curated by the Oval Space music team. Expect live jazz and DJs from Oval Space’s extended network of family and friends throughout the weekend.
