MOVE FIT - Female Friendly Fitness & Fun Event

MOVE FIT, an exciting new female fitness show, is launching at ExCel London, 10-12 March. Dedicated to celebrating an active and healthy lifestyle, classes range from high energy HIIT to weight based exercise to holistic laughter yoga. Industry-leading fitness presenters and influential teachers from around the UK and Europe will also be sharing hints, tips and inspiration.

Over 100 classes over three days feature something for everyone with laughter yoga, fun tribute dance classes to Drake, Usher, Michael Jackson, Prince and Missy Elliot or high intensity HIIT classes, loaded yoga, sMMAsh powered by FIGHT KLUB® and Parkour. The event is ideal for individuals or groups to come and join fun mass participation classes, learn more about fitness goals or even just enjoy some shopping.

Classes are split into fun, technical and intense streams so ladies can know what they’re signing up for and can even dedicate a day to each stream. For those who are more advanced or want a challenge, intense classes include Krank It Up Cycle, LST Strength combinations from Strength Within and BoxingYogaTM. Holistic classes are also available such as Release me Relaxation, Restore! and Pilates.

Prices: Kids can come along to join in the fun and children under 5 go for free.
